Neapolitan Hand-stretched Pizza Bases (lightly sauced)

These (approx) 11″ sourdough bases are stetched by hand, lightly sauced and par-baked to create a genuinely great Neapolitan style pizza with none of the dough-stretching hassle.

Packed in pairs, in cases of 16.

Description

Add toppings and cook at around 250 – 300 C, with minimal live flame, for a few minutes until the cheese is ready.
