Delivery information

General Information – Courier Nationwide Delivery

  • Outside of our local area, we use DPD couriers, who deliver between 8 am and 6 pm.
  • We deliver ambient and chilled goods Tuesday – Saturday (frozen Wednesday-Friday only) across the majority of mainland UK, and you can choose your preferred delivery day at the checkout.
  • Orders placed before 12pm can be delivered the next day, if you choose. Please note that orders placed after 12pm and requesting next day delivery will be moved on to the next available delivery date.
  • If your chosen delivery date is changed by us, you will be notified by email.
  • We will notify you via email when we have despatched your order, and it will be delivered the following day.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email on the day of despatch, and then a time slot on the morning of delivery.
  • Please ensure the email you give us is valid and check your junk folder if something is missing.
  • If you need help with an urgent request, always give us a call and we will do whatever we can to assist!

Postcodes excluded for chilled/ frozen goods.

  • Chilled and frozen products are not available for some areas of the north of Scotland, due to no next-day courier service.
  • Ambient products are still available for delivery to those areas – please contact us for details.

Recommendations regarding courier-delivered food products

  • Please ensure someone is in on the day of delivery 🙂 
  • We ask the couriers to leave the goods in a safe place if no one answers the door, unless you have asked us to do otherwise.
  • Please be aware that once your order leaves us, the courier is in control, so we strongly advise that you order your products well in advance of needing to use them, in case something gets lost and we need to re-send.
  • We strongly advise you to upgrade to AM delivery as this means your goods spend less time in transit and  much less likely to encounter issues.
  • Whilst we do offer a Saturday delivery option, we do suggest  that you avoid it where possible, as we have no means of assisting during the day at weekends.

Delivery charges

  • Delivery is free on orders over £150, under this a £9.00 (inc VAT) charges applies. 
  • A Saturday delivery option is available for an additional £10 (inc VAT.)

General Information – Local Accounts / Larger volumes

  • Within a 100-mile radius of Leamington we use our own transport, and a wider range of products are available to choose from. Please ask a team member about switching to a “Local Account”.
  • “Local accounts” will have varying MOQs/ delivery charges, based on their distance from Leamington. Ask you account manager what this is for you.
  • Please note that orders placed online will be allocated to the first available delivery day for your area, once you have placed your order.
  • If you need delivery on a specific day, you should speak to our team, or enter it in the order comments at checkout and we will do our best to accomodate.
  • You can also choose to collect if you would rather, giving us 24 hours notice.

Pallet volume delivery – Nationwide

  • Larger volumes of can be delivered on a nationwide pallet service, with significant savings available, please ask our staff for information!
